Run in partnership with the Ministry of Labor and Welfare and the Yated program and sponsored by Bank Hapoalim, this regional initiative promotes employment among young people across Israel, with a focus on the north. The initiative is rooted in the understanding that regional recovery and economic growth depend in part on young people’s ability to find good, stable and suitable employment — and that employers play a central role in that process.
It provides young people with individual employment support, helping them pave their career path, refine their job search, and find suitable opportunities in their area. At the same time, the initiative works with local employers, offering support in recruitment and staff training tailored to sector and regional needs. The initiative holds vocational skills workshops and job fairs and offers ongoing on-the-ground support to create long-term connections between young people, employment and a strong local economy.
