A student’s chances of completing their studies depend not only on them, but also on the systems in place around them. As well as supporting young people directly, Aluma in Academia works with colleges and universities to develop infrastructure, models and tools that improve their capacity to identify barriers, lead processes and reduce dropout rates. Through systemic work and long-term partnerships, we help institutions build stable dropout-prevention mechanisms that generate impact that outreaches and outlives any single program or specific group.
