Over the years, Aluma has initiated and run innovative programs and projects to support integration, retention and success in academia, focusing on young people from Israel’s social and geographic periphery. While Aluma no longer operates some of these initiatives, they reflect our accumulated experience, ability to develop advanced models and to lead collaborations among government, academia, philanthropy and the private sector.
