Higher education can be an intensive and demanding time in people’s lives. It requires considerable effort and resources, as well as the ability to navigate multiple challenges. Recognizing this, Aluma in Academia offers these students academic, financial and social support. At the same time, we work with higher education institutions to reinforce the structures and processes that facilitate student retention and reduce dropout rates.
