A modular support program for students and graduates that provides practical tools to help them visualize their professional future and navigate the challenges of a rapidly changing job market. The program offered one-on-one and group support and a structured process of intake, refining CVs, professional focus, interview prep and support during internships. Participants were also offered personal development workshops, an employment bootcamp, introduction to the Israeli job market, help identifying strengths and obstacles, cultivating self-marketing and networking skills and using AI.

The program also included trips that gave participants a firsthand look at relevant organizations and work environments. These helped them better visualize their professional future and enter the job market with confidence. Fifteen percent of participants in the internship program found work at their placement organization, and program graduates earned NIS 5,000-20,000 more per year on average than their peers.
