Mevaseret has years of experience as co-owner of Republic Consultants and extensive expertise in guiding strategic processes across the public, municipal and nonprofit sectors. Having lived in a religious kibbutz and served as a company commander at the IDF’s Havat Hashomer education and training base for at-risk populations, she is deeply familiar with Aluma’s core focus areas of service, education and employment. Mevaseret leverages her experience working with government ministries and the Knesset to amplify Aluma’s impact and build strategic partnerships that expand circles of action for youth across Israel.
