This Is What We Do
Aluma has been working for over 40 years to ensure genuine opportunities for growth and development for every young person in Israel, so they can become active and influential members of society. To us, social mobility is an individual’s ability to take charge of their future through their skills, choices and proper guidance. In this way, individual opportunities are leveraged into broader societal change.
This vision is led by Aluma’s management and board of directors.
Aluma’s work is rooted in a long-term vision: combining accumulated experience with constant innovation. Our management and board are committed to Aluma’s vision, values and public accountability, and believe that true social leadership happens when everyone has a seat and a say at the table.
At the core of Aluma’s operations is a management philosophy of balancing stability with change, pairing proven experience with innovative thinking. The management and board are responsible for strategic planning, oversight and public accountability, and believe that true social leadership happens when everyone has a seat and a say at the table.
