The State of Israel requires that young men and women who reach the age of 18 contribute of their time to the State. Full service in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) or National Volunteer Service (National Service), is considered the ticket of entry into Israeli society.
Alumah offers a variety of solutions, which allows any young person interesting in serving, to do so, and accompanies them throughout the process of choosing a type of service, and the service itself. These solutions allow the young people to contribute in education and social welfare frameworks throughout the country either through the IDF or through National Service.
Each year Alumah aids more than 3000 young people, religious and not, with special needs and without, from all socio-economic levels, to serve and earn an equal entry card into Israeli society.
